Frequently Asked Questions

Find clear, straightforward answers to the most common questions about our web design process, our pricing plans, and how our hand-coded approach delivers better results.

  • We build websites around a clear and scalable structure rather than a fixed number of pages. Every site starts with a strong core made up of essential pages such as the main landing page, About page, Services overview, Reviews or Testimonials, and a Contact page. These pages establish trust, clearly explain what you offer, and guide visitors toward taking action.

Beyond the core pages, the website is organized using reusable page templates. For example, if you offer multiple services, each service can have its own dedicated page built from a consistent service page template. Each of these pages is indexed separately by Google, which helps improve search visibility and competitiveness. The same structure applies to businesses that serve multiple locations, where individual location pages can be created to target specific cities or service areas.

This approach keeps the website fast, well organized, and easy to expand over time, while maintaining a consistent and professional design. Standard pages such as Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and other required legal pages are included where appropriate.

  • Most web designers use WordPress or other cheap, unoptimized templates. They might look "okay," but on mobile devices, their performance scores are often terrible. This means the site loads in 2-3 seconds or more, and studies show that nearly half of your potential customers will leave if they have to wait longer than two seconds. Our hand-coded websites load in under a second.

This is critical because Google uses a "mobile-first" approach, meaning your mobile site's performance is what primarily determines your ranking. A strong technical foundation means your future investments in marketing, like Google Ads, will be more effective and deliver better results. For a small business, this technical advantage is one of the most powerful tools for outranking larger competitors.

  • Typically, we complete a website in 1-2 weeks. The timeline primarily depends on how quickly we receive content, images, and feedback from you.

  • No. The subscription model allows us to provide a high-end, custom-coded website without the large upfront cost. If the subscription is canceled, the website is taken offline. However, you always retain full ownership of your domain name and all of your text and image content.

  • No. We build every website from scratch with hand-written code. This is our core difference and what allows us to create sites that are faster, more secure, and better optimized than anything made with a page builder. The results are evident in our clients' online success after launch.

  • Hand-coding offers three huge advantages:
    1. Superior Security: Our sites don't use the vulnerable plugins or databases that hackers constantly target. There are no weak points to exploit.
    2. Blazing Speed: We only include the code that's absolutely necessary, resulting in lightning-fast load times and better Google rankings.
    3. Simple Maintenance: You never have to worry about risky plugin or theme updates that could break your site. It just works, reliably.

  • Currently, we specialize in building new informational and service-based websites from the ground up. We do not offer e-commerce development or take on projects to fix existing sites. If your current website isn't delivering results, we'd be happy to discuss what a new, high-performance site could do for your business.

  • We offer a money-back guarantee during the design phase. If, after we present the initial design, you are not 100% satisfied and do not wish to proceed, we will refund any payment you've made. Once you approve the design and we move into development, refunds are no longer available.

  • Payments are due within 14 days of the invoice date. A late fee of $20 may be applied to overdue invoices. For subscribers, multiple overdue payments may result in a breach of contract, making the full remaining balance due. We are flexible and understand that situations arise, but clear communication is essential.

  • The key difference is cash flow. The Subscription Plan has a low monthly cost, making a high-end website accessible without a large initial investment. The One-Time Payment has a higher upfront cost but is more affordable in the long run. The right choice depends on your budget and business goals.

  • Our subscription plans have a minimum term of 6 months. After that, the plan continues on a month-to-month basis and you can cancel anytime. We have a 6 months term because it typically takes several months for a new site to gain authority with Google and deliver meaningful SEO results.

  • No, we do not offer a buyout option. The monthly subscription model is what allows us to dedicate more time to our existing clients instead of constantly seeking new projects. This focus on long-term service and support is a core part of what we offer.

  • Yes. For our one-time payment clients, we offer an optional support package for $25/month. This gives you the same unlimited content edits and support as our subscription clients and also requires a 6 months commitment.

  • Yes and no. SEO has two parts: on-page and off-page.
On-page SEO is everything on your website—content, speed, structure. We build a perfect on-page foundation into every site we launch.
Off-page SEO involves work done elsewhere, like building backlinks. This is a separate, ongoing service. Our websites give you the perfect platform to succeed with any future SEO investment.

  • No, you always own your domain name. We will never hold it hostage.
